常见问题
- 怎么登录？内测期间你的名字就是听记账号。第一次用请在手机上打开邀请链接加入；之后在阅记和听记电脑版里填同一个名字，就是同一个账号。管理员要用配对码登录电脑和浏览器。
- 怎么用配对码登录电脑和浏览器？在手机上的听记里打开「设置 → 电脑和浏览器 → 生成配对码」，在阅记或听记电脑版的登录框下面点「用配对码」，输入这个配对码。
- 提示「请更新到最新版」：安装最新版本后再打开即可，你的记录都还在。
- 字幕时长：内测每人有实时字幕时长额度，手机和电脑上的听记共用；用完后录音照常保存。
- 「今天的 AI 额度用完了」：每天有 AI 用量上限，第二天自动恢复。
- 在手机上看课件：在阅记里读完的课件会自动存进听记账号，手机上的听记在「课件」里按课程就能翻到。不想保存，可以在阅记的设置里关掉。
- 在电脑上看全部记录：在阅记或听记电脑版里点「在听记里查看」，浏览器会直接以你的账号打开听记。
- 删除账号：写信给我们，写明你的名字。详见隐私政策。

If something goes wrong, email guishanlaoquan@gmail.com. Please include your name, which product you were using (听记 on the phone, 听记 on the computer or 阅记) and what happened; a screenshot helps. We usually reply within two working days.
Common questions
- How do I sign in? During the beta your name is your 听记 account. Join once on your phone through the invite link; entering the same name in 阅记 or in 听记 on the computer then opens the same account. The administrator signs in on computers and browsers with a pairing code.
- How do I sign in with a pairing code? In 听记 on the phone open Settings → 电脑和浏览器 → 生成配对码, then in 阅记 or 听记 on the computer choose “用配对码” under the sign-in box and enter the code.
- “Please update to the latest version”: install the latest version and open it again; your records are all still there.
- Caption time: each beta tester has a live-caption allowance shared by 听记 on the phone and on the computer; recordings are still saved after it runs out.
- “Today's AI allowance is used up”: AI use has a daily limit that resets the next day.
- Courseware on the phone: courseware you finish reading in 阅记 is kept in your 听记 account, and 听记 on the phone lists it by course under 课件. You can switch this off in 阅记's settings.
- See all your records on a computer: choose “在听记里查看” in 阅记 or in 听记 on the computer and the browser opens 听记 signed in to your account.
- Deleting your account: email us with your name. See the privacy policy.
